E-bike tour along wide country lanes to the Sabine farmhouse
After a 45-minute ride, you will reach Sabine, who lives on a beautiful Emmental farm. On site you can enjoy a small aperitif with cheese, meat and bread accompanied by wine or drinks of your choice. Experience the authentic Emmental and its inhabitants.

Continue to the Lueg monument
After refreshments, the tour continues up to the Lueg, where the Lueg monument is located. The striking stone block is dedicated to the 54 victims of Bern's cavalry troops, who were killed less by the enemy than by the Spanish flu, and offers fantastic views of the Alps, from Pilatus to Mont Blanc.More information

Continue to the Emmental show dairy
You have many options at the show dairy: You can make traditional cheese or produce fresh cheese. A guided tour or the self-discovered royal path offer exciting insights into Emmental cheese production. In the on-site restaurant, you can enjoy typical Swiss dishes (including fondue) lovingly prepared from regional ingredients in a cosy atmosphere. From the show dairy, it's all downhill now.More information

Continue to the Kleeb mill
After a drive of around 7 kilometres, you reach the Kleeb mill. The Kleeb mill combines tradition and modernity in an impressive way. This historic mill has been producing high-quality flour for generations. Visitors have the opportunity to learn more about the mill and the different types of grain that are processed here.

The Kleeb mill has a cosy sales room where regional products and freshly ground flour can be purchased. Here you will also find numerous baked goods and specialities made with great attention to detail.More information
